1.1 Processing Time

All orders for outdoor jackets are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during peak sales seasons will be processed on the next working business day. We conduct strict quality inspections for all waterproof and windproof outdoor jackets before packaging to ensure product integrity.


1.2 Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard international shipping typically takes 7–15 business days for delivery, depending on the destination country/region and local logistics efficiency. Remote areas may require an additional 3–5 business days for delivery. Please note that shipping delays may occur due to customs inspection, bad weather, peak logistics seasons, or other uncontrollable factors, which are not within our responsibility scope.


1.3 Shipping Fees

We offerfree standard shipping for all orders over a specified amount (you can adjust the threshold according to your store rules). For orders below the threshold, a fixed standard shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping options are available for selected regions with extra shipping costs.


1.4 Order Tracking & Lost/Damaged Shipment

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a tracking link to monitor your package status in real time. If your package is lost, severely damaged, or missing items during transit, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours after the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos of the package condition. We will verify the issue and arrange reshipment or refund accordingly.
