Refund policy

We provide a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange service valid from the date you receive your order. All outdoor jackets are eligible for return or exchange for the following reasons: size mismatch, style dissatisfaction, unopened defective products, or other non-quality issues. For quality problems such as broken zippers, damaged waterproof coating, stitching defects, or fabric flaws, we support free return, exchange, or full refund within 30 days.

1.1 Product Return Conditions

To be approved for return or exchange, all returned items must meet the following requirements:
  • The jacket is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with no stains, scratches, or wear marks.
  • All original tags, labels, waterproof packaging, and accessories are intact and attached to the product.
  • The product is resalable and complies with our secondary sales standards.
Final Sale Exclusion: All discounted, clearance, promotional flash sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, which will be clearly marked on the product page and checkout page.

1.2 Return Shipping Fee Rules

  • Quality issues: We cover the full return shipping fee. We will provide a prepaid return label for eligible quality-related returns.
  • Non-quality issues (size, style, personal preference): Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. The original shipping fee paid for the order is non-refundable.

1.3 Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via store email or message center within the 30-day valid period, and submit your order number, return reason, and relevant product photos.
  2. Wait for our team’s review and approval (usually within 24–48 hours). We will send you detailed return instructions and a return label if applicable.
  3. Pack the product completely with original packaging, send it back according to the specified address, and retain the return tracking number.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund application.

1.4 Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned item is received and verified by our warehouse team:
  • Original payment method refund: Funds will be returned to your original payment account within 5–7 business days. The actual arrival time depends on the processing rules of your payment platform and bank.
  • Store credit & exchange: Store credit will be issued instantly; exchange orders will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
